Visited on Sunday looked around at a few cars with no one pestering me.Went inside and asked if I could look at a car he got the keys and opened it and left me to it.I then asked to test drive the car,he photocopied my licence then let me take it out.I am going back soon to pick up the car.I loved the layed back attitude of the sales person and if all goes well at the weekend I will update this review and name the person.UPDATE..Had a few issues with car one the brakes grinding.On first visit they replaced rear brake pads and discs,but noise continues from front also when going over bumps a scraping grinding noise can be heard,so took it back to the garage who checked it and said there was nothing wrong with it,also the paintwork feels like sandpaper at this point the service manager came out who asked how I drove the car and where he also checked the paintwork with the car next to it as I did and said there was no difference at which point I said are you joking can you feel the difference and here it.All in all I left very disappointed and will follow this up with skoda UK but for now I would advice everyone thinking of buying a car to stay away from this garage!!
Great service really recommend had wife's car serviced which included a full clean and internal valet service felt like a new car

I'd previously been satisfied with the service from this Skoda dealer, but the last visit was extremely poor.The car had a main service at 39400 (ish) miles and they didn't advise (or do) the auto gear box oil change that's due at 40,000 miles. I've subsequently only discovered that it was due over 4000 miles later when the car developed an issue and it was picked up by a different main dealer.
