Very good Garage and Great staff!
I definitely would not take my car there again and i advise anyone against taking theirs. 2-3 months ago i had bought a new complete Milltek exhaust for my Audi S3. A&J told me they were happy to fit it for me so i let them do it, they had my car from 9:00am and when i went to collect it at 3:00pm they told my id have to wait until 4:30pm because they hadnt finished it, the mechanic then brought the car out and i ended up paying 200 just for them to fit an exhaust. Within 2 days of me driving it the exhaust was blowing so i took it back, they apparently tightened something up and it was fine. Then another few days go by and it starts to blow again so i rang up to explain and the mechanics reply was well its the product you have supplied, it didnt fit properly so i had to cut and modify it which is what is causing the blowing.Now i know for a fact Milltek exhausts are trusted worldwide and it cost me 1000, so i took it straight to a garage that supplies and fits Milltek parts. They checked it over and turns out A&J had over tightened a clamp which deformed the pipe.They obviously arent a garage you can trust, stay away! If they had any decency theyd of give money back or paid for it to be installed properly.
Very disappointed, no advisory on last years mot, failure on long list this year
Went in to meet the owner Jim very early last Friday re a lighting issue. He sorted it on the spot & explained the issue every step of the way. Jim pushed aside other work he had to make sure i drove away with lights working 100%. I was only charged 1hour labour for this so clearly this garage puts the customer before profits.Audi main dealer told me I needed 700 + labour for a new headlight. Not too many fair, competent mechanics around these days so if u need one, go down & see Jim!Highly recommended.
Can't complain. Quoted 3000 to fix a car worth 2000 from another garage. These fixed it great for just over 400. So saved me the hassle of buying a new car.
