One of the male doctors who names sounds like 'manahan' there was so rude to my partner, he shouldn't be helping people when he has no manners, he reduced her to tears with his uttely foal responses. Would NOT recommend this practice if you're a vulnerable patient who is not looking to be insulted and treated like dirt.

Since merging practices to become The Darwin practice, The Fulfen practice has unfortunately gone downhill. Staff are incredibly rude,even when asking for a basic appointment. Good luck getting an appointment. You can't see a doctor for at least one month for non-emergency. If you use an appointment that is not "deemed" an emergency, even in terrible pain, you get a stern talking to from the doctor. Poor, poor, poor. All surgeries are under pressure it is true. But not all are so rude about it. I hope this is viewed by the powers that be and something is done to improve what is unacceptable.
The reception staff at this practice are exemplary in every way. Most helpful and professional when must be so under pressure from constant callers (like me)!! You deserve a medal!!
The reception staff, doctors and nurses offer an excellent service to their patients, always go the extra mile to accommodate whenever possible and nothing is to much trouble for them. A very big thank you to them all.
